This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of our expansion and contribute to the development of our training initiatives in aviation.The Role Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Administrator will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties within the Training department, including maintaining training records and ensuring currency for both staff and contractors. With a high attention to detail, the Training Administrator will administer the company Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate training schedules, and liaise with external training providers.The Training Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to:Carrying out the administrative duties within the Training department.Maintaining training records and training currency for staff and contractorsMaintaining training schedulesAdministering the company Learning Management System (LMS)Sourcing external training courses and venuesUpdating company manuals and training materials as requiredReporting training outcomesDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with Management, staff and peers.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external parties including training providers, contractors and GHA’sPosition Requirements:Qualifications in Business Administration eg. The Role 

Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Administrator will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties within the Training department, including maintaining training records and ensuring currency for both staff and contractors.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external parties including training providers, contractors and GHA’s

Position Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration eg. Certificate III (desirable)
  • Knowledge of training administration, training delivery software and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience in Training Administration including with Learning Management Systems and the Microsoft 365 suite of programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well developed computing skills, particularly Microsoft 365 suite of programs including SharePoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work commitments
