This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to operate in an autonomous and fast paced role within a growing organisation. About the Role The Technical Records Officer position is part of a Technical Records team that is responsible for the updating and maintaining of the company’s Maintenance Computer System for all aircraft movements and aircraft maintenance documentation.   Reporting to the Planning & Records Supervisor, the Technical Records Officer is responsible for but not limited to:  Maintain accurate and timely entry of flight logs for aircraft operating from assigned aircraft into the Maintenance Computer System for tracking purposes. Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the MCS and related systems pertaining to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for aircraft operating from assigned base, including component changes and updating of inspections. Maintain correct storage, filing and archiving of all aircraft maintenance records as required by the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME). Clarification and rectification of maintenance documentation discrepancies as required, including researching as necessary aircraft history in records from on/off site archives. Assist Planning & Records Supervisor with the import of new aircraft records into MCS. Assist Maintenance Planning in relation to prioritising Maintenance Program updates and providing maintenance task information. Liaise with Stores with for parts removed to quarantine, parts sent on repair, issued parts and parts in disposition. Liaise with Technical Services Engineers for parts validation, parts inter-changeability and technical information. Resolve technical & miscellaneous problems from all sectors of Engineering, Operations and Planning. Carry out other special projects/tasks as assigned by direct Senior Records Officer/manager. About You You are a highly experienced business administrator with a high level of computer literacy, a keen eye for detail and accuracy. You have the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing internal and external stakeholder expectations to ensure positive outcomes across the business. You will ideally have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with computer data input, experience with aircraft maintenance and inventory computer programs. You will have an aptitude for understanding technical data and an ability to apply logic to compilation of data.  In addition, you will possess: Certificate III in Business Administration or higher; Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19; Minimum 3 years in a similar role; Outstanding communication skills; with the ability to liaise with people of various levels; Ability to keep accurate and timely records of aircraft maintenance technical data Familiarity with maintenance publications and procedures Advanced skill level in accurate data input; Flexible, methodical and well organised in work practices; Team player.Full Working rights to work in Australia (as we are unable to provide sponsorship) About Us Alliance Airlines is an ASX listed company and is Australasia’s leading provider of contract, charter and allied aviation and maintenance services currently employing in excess of 800 full time staff.
