A great opportunity now exists for you to join our team as a Technical Records Compliance Officer at Alliance Airlines. This role is responsible for research and data input in support of configuration control of all aircraft in the Alliance fleet.  You will be required to ensure data integrity standards are maintained for all tech records inputs into the maintenance system. About the RoleReporting to the Technical Records Supervisor, this role will be responsible for the: Initial research and loading of previous operator compliance data into the maintenance system.Compliance research for modifications or major assembly status.Configure complex assemblies in the maintenance system for new aircraft and post shop visit for existing operational aircraft Key responsibilities include: Be the department point of contact for support in updating complex life limited component replacements in the Maintenance Computer SystemProvide configuration control support to the maintenance program team via compliance research and data inputConduct audits into the archiving processes of airworthiness records to ensure compliance with the CAMEConduct regular audits of the recording of maintenance information, aircraft utilisation and maintenance thresholds in the Maintenance Computer SystemEnsure audit outcomes are supported with clear reporting and achievable remedial action plans About YouYou will have previous experience in a similar position with exceptional people management and administration skills. In addition, you will possess:Previous records & planning experienceExperience in the aviation industry, particularly Maintenance ControlDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team focussed environmentExperience in the aviation industry, particularly Maintenance ControlHigh level communication skillsInitiativeStrong analytical and reasoning skillsAttention to detailGood numeracy skills High Level of Computer literacyHigh Attention to detail and accuracy of workDemonstrated commitment to Alliance Values – Safety, Compliance & Performance It is a requirement of all our employees that we are fully vaccinated against Covid19 and Influenza. You must also have valid working rights to work in Australia. About UsAlliance Airlines is an ASX listed company and is Australasia’s leading provider of contract, charter and allied aviation and maintenance services currently employing in excess of 800 full time staff.
