In return, we offer a role in an exciting and fast-paced organisation where development opportunities are endless.What we're looking forReporting to the Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing incoming parts and material and the receipting of inventory in a safe and compliant manner. Additionally, the role is responsible for providing logistics and stores support to the Engineering team to ensure aircraft maintenance is completed efficiently. You will be driven by having great attention to detail, taking pride in the tidiness of the Stores and providing excellent customer service.The Stores Officer is responsible for, but not limited to:Support the Store's operations to ensure safety, compliance, and procedures meet business needs.Maintain stock inventory, and coordinate stock ordering and transfer when necessary.Provide quality receipt and inspection of incoming material to the relevant regulation and/or company manual.Assist the Stores network to enhance performance and identify opportunities for improvements in related systems and procedures.Respond promptly to Part Sales requirements or other associated requests.Aim to gain thorough operational expertise in Alliance Airlines and Stores inventory systems.Foster and uphold strong collaborative relationships with management, team members, and colleagues.Establish and uphold solid working connections with suppliers, freight companies, and their representatives.Ensure proper storage of all products to ensure against damage and deterioration.Preparing parts for shipment.Ensuring Stores security is maintained.Carry out stocktakes as required.Ensuring most efficient use is made of available storage space.To Be SuccessfulIdeally, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar position and possess the following:Stores, Logistics and Warehousing experience (desirable).Experience in a regulated industry (E.g.
