With this, we have been able to achieve success and are looking for a Safety Systems Analyst to expand our Safety team. What we’re looking forWe are seeking an exceptional person to analyse Safety performance data and overall reporting. Provide positive engagement and support to Management in relation to Alliance Airlines Safety and Compliance policies and processes. This position will be Full-Time and reporting to the Safety Systems Manager. In addition, be based in our Corporate Head Offices located at the Brisbane Airport. Due to the nature of the role, it will require the successful applicant to work primarily in the office This position will be responsible for:Ensuring Safety reports are approved, analysed, collated, and completed as per company defined time parameters and to a high standard, including analysis of data from the eSMSPerform all allocated internal audits (if applicable) in a timely manner, as directed by the Quality Systems ManagerProduce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required to the business as outlined in the internal Safety Dept SOP’sDevelop and perform analytics of all safety data to identify trends and emerging risks, and communicate these with the relevant business units and Safety Department Management What makes you the right person?To be successful we are looking for the following: Hold an Aviation Lead Auditor certificate. (desirable)Demonstrated knowledge  of  contemporary   aviation  safety   reporting  criteria   and trendingKnowledge in an Australian regulatory environment including WH&S and Environmental requirementsDemonstrated knowledge of contemporary aviation safety audit procedures and policiesKnowledge of an operational airline environment and in particular Safety & Quality Management Systems Due to the nature of our organisation, you must also have:Must have received at least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine (and be willing to receive your 3rd dose when eligible)Appropriate working rights to work in Australia (we do not offer work sponsorships for this role) Covid-19 VaccineTo ensure the safety and security of our employees, customers and operations, you will need to be up to date with your vaccinations against Covid-19 to be able to work at Alliance.
