Come and join the Alliance Airlines team as a full time Ground Instructor where you will play a pivotal role in our Flight Operations team.About the RoleThe Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) Instructor will conduct training and assessment of safety and emergency equipment and procedures for aircrew in accordance with relevant company and regulatory requirements. This training will occur in classroom environments and aircraft.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Prepare an effective environment for training and/or assessment in accordance with relevant company and regulatory requirementsPrepare and present aircrew safety and emergency procedures training courses as requiredConduct aircrew safety and emergency procedures proficiency assessments and complete all associated documentation for retention on aircrew training filesSupporting or providing remedial training to trainees and aircrew as requiredTo be successful you will meet the following requirements:  Background in training and/or a relevant training qualifications an advantagePrevious approval to conduct proficiency tests with the company or another operatorExperience as cabin crew preferred.Experience in a cabin supervisory position would be advantageousAbility to Instruct in a classroom environmentEffective report writingPossess sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirementsIntermediate computer (Office 365) skillsDemonstrated ability to work in small team environmentDetail oriented with the ability to monitor and check information to ensure minimal errors, while organising time and resources efficientlyStrong analytical, interpersonal and communication skillsAbout UsAlliance Airlines is an ASX listed company and is Australasia’s leading provider of contract, charter and allied aviation and maintenance services currently employing in excess of 900 full time staff.
