As the Project Administrator you will provide high – level support for the administrative function of the Project Team, ensuring the seamless and effective delivery of company initiatives.To be successful in this role the Project Administrator will work well in a team environment and must be well organised, focused and have advanced computer literacy, communication and administrative skills.The Project Administrator is responsible for but not limited to:Managing daily administration functions of the Alliance projects and programsLiaising with PMO staff to assist in defining outcomes and timelines.Collecting any project data and other information to be used for and project reporting.Coordinating and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes and tracking of actions.Management of the PMO’s public and internal SharePoint pages.Assistance with development and distribution of project communications.About YouPrevious exposure in an administrative role, preferably within a project environment.Solid experience using Office365 applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.Effective time management, organisation and prioritisation skillsStrong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document management, meeting minutes, and change register management.A proactive and self-motivated individual, capable of working independently and as part of a team.Alliance AirlinesAlliance has world-leading operational performance, a key attribute sought by its customers.
