About the Role
The Part 145 Quality and Safety Manager will be a nominated CASA Form 004 holder as outlined in the CASA Part 145 Manual of Standards (MOS). The role will ensure effective implementation and compliance with the Company Quality and Safety Management Systems while providing positive engagement and support with Alliance Airlines - Rockhampton Aviation Maintenance department heads with relation to Quality and Safety and Compliance Requirements.
The Part 145 Quality and Safety Manager is responsible for but not limited to:

About Alliance - Rockhampton Aviation Maintenance
Rockhampton Aviation Maintenance (RAM) is a $60M brand new, 3 bay Base Maintenance facility located at Rockhampton airport.
RAM has been established to provide Base Maintenance services to Alliance Airlines fleet of E190 and F70/100 aircraft.
Located in Central Queensland, Rockhampton offers all your cosmopolitan conveniences in a contemporary riverside setting and is 35 minutes from the beaches of Yeppoon. Rockhampton is easily accessible from Brisbane with over 5 direct flights every day.

Currently that fleet consists of 37 Fokker 70/100 aircraft, 31 Embraer E190 aircraft with firm purchase commitments stretching to mid-2026 for a further 26 E190 aircraft. The Company dry leases 3 E190 aircraft to a third party with those leases having just been extended for a further five years.
