Through applying this, we have been able to achieve success and are looking for a Manager Cabin Crew- Line Operations to join our team.The Manager Cabin Crew – Line Operations reports to the General Manager – Flight Operations and be responsible for the management and supervision of all functions including decision making on risk tolerability associated with safety, security outcomes and operational activities within the scope of all cabin operations.The successful person will provide quality leadership and support to the Cabin Crew Base Managers, and report to the General Manager – Flight Crew Operations.The Responsibilities Providing support and guidance for Cabin Crew Base Managers and Cabin Crew on all cabin crew people matters.Through Cabin Crew Base Managers, ensure Cabin Crew attendance, punctuality, inflight service delivery, uniform and grooming policies and customer service standards are maintained.Through Cabin Crew Base Managers or directly - the ongoing management of Cabin Crew in, including individual performance and conduct.
