Come and join us as a Maintenance Program Engineer – Reliability where you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing regulatory compliance of the Alliance Airlines fleet.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Full Time Maintenance Program Engineer to ensure administration of the reliability program and provide for timely and proportionate investigation into Major Defects and/or reliability issues. You will be responsible for providing analysis, and collation of reliability data for standard and ad-hoc reliability reports for the organisation.Reporting to the Airworthiness Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Ensure continual compliance of the aircraft maintenance programs, systems, reliability program and ancillary functionsManage the control and completion of all assigned SMS actions and Findings in a timely manner.Reporting and investigation of Technical DelaysConduct monthly reliability report data review prior to report compilationCompile monthly reliability report dataResearch any alerts or anomalies from reliability report dataProgress assigned reliability issues arising from monthly reliability meetingIf required chair monthly reliability meetingIf required record and distribute monthly reliability meeting minutesInvestigate aircraft defects and provide recommendation where applicable to prevent recurrence.To be successful you will meet the following requirements:  Have full Covid 19 vaccination status;Hold, or have held, an aircraft engineer licence in category B1, B2 or C; orHold, or have held, a licence that is equivalent to a licence in category B1, B2 or C; orHave a qualification in aircraft maintenance at least at Certificate IV level; orHave an engineering qualification at least at diploma level in any of the following disciplines:AeronauticalAvionicsMechanicalElectricalElectronicsKnowledge of the CAMO’s expositionComprehensive knowledge of A/C and systems relevant to their field of expertiseEffective time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team focussed environmentWell-developed computing skills, particularly Microsoft office suite of programsStrong analytical and reasoning skillsAbility to analyse and develop technical documentationAbout UsAlliance Airlines is an ASX listed company and is Australasia’s leading provider of contract, charter and allied aviation and maintenance services currently employing in excess of 700 full time staff.
