With this, we have been able to achieve success and are looking for a Maintenance Program Engineer (Avionic) for our expanding CAMO team. What we’re looking forWe are seeking an exceptional person with a background as a Maintenance Program Engineer in the Avionic space. They will be required to provide technical assistance to ensure regulatory compliance of our fleet is in regard to our maintenance programs, aircraft and component modifications. This position will be Full-Time and reporting to the Maintenance Program Manager. In addition, this role will be based in our Corporate Head Office located at the Brisbane Airport. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to attend the office to perform the duties of the role. In addition, you will need to have full working rights to work in Australia, as we do not offer sponsorship at this time. This position will be responsible for (but not limited to):Ensure continual compliance of the aircraft maintenance programs, reliability program and ancillary functionsManage the control and completion of all assigned Safety Management System actions and findings in a timely manner.Assessment of applicable AD’s and SB’s and recommendations for inclusion in the AMPPreparation of work scope for maintenance assessments required to provide compliance with ADs, SBs or Alliance requirements, inclusive of spares / resource requirements and associated costs What makes you the right person?To be successful we are looking for the following: Experience as an Aircraft Engineer (B1, B2 or C)Experience working in Aviation (or similar environment) is desirableWell-developed computing skills, particularly Microsoft office suite of programsFamiliar with the maintenance of different aircraft types Due to the nature of our organisation, you must also have:Must have received at least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine (and be willing to receive your 3rd dose when eligible)The ability to hold an Aviation Security Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check and pre-employment medicalMust hold working rights to work in Australia.
