Come and join us in the newly created position as HR Administrator where you will play a pivotal role in the expansion of Alliance Airlines. You will be responsible for working with and supporting the HR team in a fast moving and vibrant environment.About the Role Reporting to the GM HR and Development and working closely with the broader HR team, along with other key stakeholders, the role is integral in supporting the team to effectively and efficiently provide a high standard of HR and Recruitment services to the business.Key responsibilities include:Be the first point of contact in HR for manager, employee and candidate queries, and escalating to the HR team in a timely, appropriate and professional mannerEnsure HR team processes are reviewed for efficiency, accuracy and complianceEnd to end recruitment support including phone screens, job advertisement management, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, providing feedback, monitoring recruitment inbox, booking pre-employment medicalsCoordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are empowered and setup for successGeneral HR Administration support including preparing employee documentation, data entry, processing communications, preparation of documentation for annual reviews, parental leave process, HR filingOngoing weekly and monthly reporting About YouYou are a highly experienced and organised administrator with a keen eye for detail. You will have the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing stakeholder expectations to ensure positive outcomes across the business.In addition, you will possess: Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR administration position, orMinimum 5 years’ experience in an EA/PA or Coordinator positionDemonstrated experience in a customer service roleExcellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft 365Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsExcellent initiative and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and writtenStrong prioritisation skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to follow directionWell developed computing skills, particularly Microsoft office suite of programs About Us Alliance Airlines is an ASX listed company and is Australasia’s leading provider of contract, charter and allied aviation and maintenance services currently employing in excess of 700 full time staff.
