With competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth and development, you'll soar to new heights with us.Apply now and let your career take flightWhat we’re looking forThe Ground Operations Trainer & Standards Officer will provide a platform to deliver a safe, consistent, and efficient Ground Operations product across the Network by our Ground Handling Agents and for our clients. As the Ground Operations Trainer & Standards Officer you will have an active high-profile relationship with Alliance’s Ground Service Providers (locally and regionally) and will considered be the face of Alliance Ground Operations product and standards.In this role you will be required to travel throughout the network to provide support, knowledge and training to our service providers while ensuring standards are maintained.Key Responsibilities Implementation of new aircraft types, ports and service providersDelivery of practical aircraft ground handling training (F70 / F100 / E190)New Ports (Port Induction – Port Induction Process, Set up of new Handling Services)Point of contact for 3rd Party Service providers in areas of policy, procedure, system Knowledge and product delivery.  Provide oversight of service providers agreed delivery of service standards, and company policies and procedures via regular port / site visits and formal documented meetings.Ensure   issues, concerns, performance, OTP stats. port observations etc. are regularly completed, and updates provided to both the service provider and Alliance Airlines internally.   Promote and maintain a high standard of quality, safety and security compliance as required by the Alliance Airlines Corporate Safety ManualCompany Line Trainer (under the authority of the Training Manager) for Ground Handling Agents (Customer service & Ramp) and other Service providers (local and regional)Develop and maintain guidance/training material in conjunction with training department / Ground Operations team. Skills & ExperienceRamp and Customer Service experience at an operational and leadership level.Strong knowledge of Airline ground operation policies and proceduresGround Service Equipment (GSE) management. Training Delivery (individual and group training) Operating within a high-pressured Airport Operations environmentAirport Operations Systems – AVANTIK, or Similar  Passenger Disruption Handling / RecoveryInternal & External Stakeholder ManagementDeveloping procedures Working relationship with Ground Handling Service Providers, other airlines, airport operators  Qualifications Cert IV  Training & Assessment or Airline based Train the Trainer(nice to have)Dangerous Goods Qualification – DGs acceptance preferred, however not essential.Alliance AirlinesAlliance is Australasia’s leading provider of contract, charter and allied aviation and maintenance services currently employing more than 1,400 staff.Alliance has world leading operational performance, a key attribute sought by its customers.
