In return, we offer a challenging role in an exciting and fast-paced organisation where development opportunities are endless.About the RoleThe purpose of the role is to coordinate all aspects of Alliance Airlines Fatigue Risk Management System data collection, analysis and report preparation in support of the FRMS.You will ensure compliance with the FRMS through data collection and analysis from the Safety Management System (SMS) and various crew rostering operations systems. Key Responsibilities Processing Fatigue Reports as they are submitted into the company eSMSMaintaining FRMS Databases and recordsPreparation of presentations for the Fatigue Safety Action GroupAssisting in the collection, collation and analysis of subjective and objective FRMS dataWorking with the FRMS and Safety Managers on the development of Promotional material to assist with FRMS compliance, training and promotionWorking with the Net Processing Fatigue Reports as they are submitted into the company eSMSMaintaining FRMS Databases and recordsPreparation of presentations for the Fatigue Safety Action GroupAssisting in the collection, collation and analysis of subjective and objective FRMS dataWorking with the FRMS and Safety Managers on the development of Promotional material to assist with FRMS compliance, training and promotion About YouExperience in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)Experience in data collection and analysis techniques (highly desirable)Experience in Airline Operations and Crew Management Systems.
