Alliance Airlines is expanding its operations, and we are actively seeking a Fatigue Risk Management Partner to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring safety and quality across all aspects of our business.  At Alliance safety is our priority, join us and help shape the future of aviation safety. The Opportunity The Fatigue Risk Management Partner will provide essential support and guidance in fatigue risk management, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance understanding and compliance with our Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS). This role involves data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement of our fatigue risk processes.Key Responsibilities:Engagement:Develop and maintain key relationships with department stakeholders.Coach and facilitate continuous enhancement of fatigue risk management practices.Ensure pragmatic implementation of FRMS tools and guides.Prepare data and presentations for Fatigue Report Review Meetings and other audiences.Promote increased integration and awareness of FRMS and Safety Management System (SMS).Fatigue Risk Management:Process and classify fatigue reports within the company eSMS.Maintain fatigue risk management databases and records.Collect, collate, and analyze subjective and objective fatigue risk data.Monitor and review the implementation and effectiveness of FRMS risk controls.Develop promotional materials for training and communication purposes.Work with Network Operations and Payroll teams to ensure accurate capture of fatigue removals.Skills and Knowledge:Experience in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)A clear, articulate communicator in both written and verbal communicationHighly organised and comfortable working to deadlines in a busy and ever-changing environment.Diligence and strong professional disciplines including but not limited to confidentiality.Shows initiative and can work without supervision.Strong analytical and reasoning skills KPI’s: Generation and analysis of data within required timeframesProduction of monthly reports within required timeframesValidation of Fatigue Reports within nominated timeframesClosure of Fatigue Reports within nominated timeframesIf you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to the success of Alliance Airlines, we invite you to apply now and take the next step in your career with Alliance Airlines.This role is 100% onsite based at our National Head Office, Brisbane.About Alliance Alliance is a leading provider of contract, charter and allied aviation and maintenance services currently employing more than 1300 staff.The Company provides essential services to mining, energy, and government sectors as well as wet lease services for other airlines.Alliance is unique in that it owns its whole fleet.
