About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist the Facility Equipment Coordinator in providing ongoing oversight and coordination of the AMO tooling, equipment and AMO facilities in the local region, ensuring compliance and serviceability to allow aircraft maintenance to be carried out as required.Key Functions of the role:Perform duties as instructed by the local FEC in support of the management of facilities, equipment and toolingProvide assistance to the local FEC/Line Maintenance Manager/Senior Base Engineer and supervisors as required ensuring appropriate management and maintenance of AMO Equipment, Tooling, GSE and FacilitiesConsult with Line Maintenance and the Maintenance Planning Department to ensure the availability of AMO Tools, equipment and GSE for on time completion of the maintenance program across the local region and networkAssist and participate in internal and external audits of AMO tooling, GSE and facilities.Monitor and assist managing the calibration program for all local AMO Tooling and GSEHighlight and implement ongoing improvements within the facilities, tooling and equipment programsAssist with maintaining AMO Tool, Equipment and GSE serviceability and availability across responsible locationsProvide assistance where facility testing, repairs and upgrades are requiredAssist to coordinate the loan of tooling and equipment to and from third parties ensuring the timely return of all items To Be SuccessfulYou will have a strong interest in Safety & Security complianceCurrent State Drivers Licence (manual transmission)Willingness to carry out tasks as instructed and show initiativeAbility to communicate and work with othersDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team focussed environmentDemonstrated commitment to Alliance Values - Safety & PerformanceDesirableBasic mechanical experienceExperience with computer based systemsGeneral welding, fabrication Alliance AirlinesAlliance is Australasia’s leading provider of contract, charter and allied aviation and maintenance services currently employing more than 1,400 staff.Alliance has world leading operational performance, a key attribute sought by its customers.
