With operational bases across Australia, this locally owned company delivers world-class performance, setting the gold standard in safety and reliability.What's the Role on Offer?Based at our Head Office near Brisbane Airport, you will play a pivotal role in the Operations Control Centre (OCC) as a Client and Charter Coordinator. Reporting to the OCC Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our contracted and regular public transport (RPT) services. Some of your key focus areas would be:Managing the operational delivery of ad-hoc charters and assisting with planning future charters as needed.Advise on customer and client issues during operational challenges, and assist the OCC in managing disruptions, including arranging accommodations for crew and guests.Ensure Operational, Commercial Stakeholders and airport / ground handlers remain informed of any issues impacting the client.Point of contact for clients relating to passengers and passenger services for the delivery of charters on the day of operations.Addressing and resolving service delivery issues and managing client expectations on the day, including handling catering concerns, delays, and disruptions with effective solutions and alternatives.Manage public reservation bookings and general inquiries while accurately maintaining and reporting OCC On Time Performance. What’s in it for me?Novated Leasing for Employees – This enables you to bundle all your car running costs into one regular ongoing tax effective payment!
