Come and join the Alliance Airlines team as a Charter Planner where you will play a pivotal role in our Network Operations team.About the RoleThe Charter Planner will work closely with the Commercial Team in the assessment and costing of proposed charters and with all operational stakeholders (Internal & external) to ensure ad-hoc charters and shutdown services are delivered efficiently and on-time while minimizing operational cost and maximizing customer satisfaction.Reporting to the Manager Scheduling & Analytics, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Charter assessment and coordinationIn conjunction with commercial, assess options for ‘potential charters’Assist Commercial with input to quoting of proposed charters, including developing the most cost-efficient solution proposal (Aircraft Type, Fuel, Ground Handling, Crew Costs etc.)Liaise with Clients to ensure all aspects of each charter are planned as agreed and within budgetFlight schedulingCoordinate all ADHOC slots, movement requests and/or required approvalsMaintain all ad-hoc and shutdown charters within the Flight Scheduling systemSafety and ComplianceTo be successful you will meet the following requirements:  Proven track record within a high-pressure operational environmentExperience in the understanding of Airline Operations and applicable Civil Aviation Orders and Regulations.Experience in Crew Day of Operations Management and the application of legislation and industrial agreements relating to crew.Understanding/experience of Airport Operations / constraintsMust be extremely capable with PC/Software packages including (but not limited to) Excel, Airline Operations and Crew Management Systems.A clear, articulate communicator both written and verbalHighly organized and used to working to deadlines in a busy and ever-changing environment.Able to delegate and work under intensive time pressures About UsAlliance Airlines is an ASX listed company and is Australasia’s leading provider of contract, charter and allied aviation and maintenance services currently employing in excess of 850 full time staff.
