We offer unique opportunities to operate on flights servicing the resource industry, charter flights for private clients, in addition to RPT (Regular passenger transport) servicing our wet lease agreement with Qantaslink on flights both domestic and international.Currently recruiting Townsville-based crew to partake in our Brisbane-based ground school commencing 20th May 2024(Successful candidates will be provided with flights and accommodation in Brisbane for training)* To be considered as part of our Cabin Crew team: - At least 18 years old - Fluency in written and spoken English - Ability to swim at least 50 meters unaided - Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) - Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a high-pressured environment - No visible tattoos while wearing the Alliance and Qantas cabin crew uniforms You must have the following: - Australian or NZ passport (unrestricted access, citizen or Permanent resident)* - Australian driver’s license - First Aid Certificate* - CPR Certificate* - Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - Covid-19 vaccination certificate (minimum double) *Certificates must have a minimum 6-month validity at the commencement of ground school What we look for in our Cabin Crew: - Safety conscious with strong interpersonal and communication skills - A flexible and reliable approach - Display a clear passion for customer service - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to successfully complete a 5-week ground school program - Display a positive attitude and a professional image What our ground school looks like: Week 1- Theory (incl. Aviation Overview, Company policies, aircraft familiarization) Week 2- Theory & Practical (incl. Inflight emergencies, Unlawful interference, Safety & Security) Week 3- Theory and Practical (incl. Survival skills, wet drills, fire training) Week 4- Theory and Practical (Emergency Landing Preparation, Evacuations) Week 5 - Theory & Practical (incl. Qantas service training, Security training, Aviation Medicine, SOPs) Week 6 – Theory & Practical (incl.
