Each member of our network takes great pride in providing the highest standards in safety, reliability and operational performance for our valued clients.An opportunity now exists for you to join us as the Cabin Crew Standards Manager at Alliance Airlines.About the RoleReporting to the Manager Flight Standards, the Cabin Crew Standards Manager is responsible for the formulation, implementation, compliance, and review of the Alliance Airlines Training and Checking policy, procedures and in-flight services for Cabin Crew across all aircraft types.This role must ensure they actively comply with company safety and security standards and documented company procedures.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Responsible for the delivery of checking and training standards for all Cabin Crew of Alliance AirlinesManagement and oversight of the cabin crew training portfolio leads which includes the EP Lead, Service Lead, Line Lead and Training CoordinatorEnsures that all files associated with cabin crew training are completed, tracked, and filed as per company and compliance requirementsEnsuring the highest quality of cabin standards for all Cabin Crew on all Alliance Airlines fleet types.Planning, conducting and leading regular meetings with Cabin Crew Checking and Training staff including portfolio lead and line checkers and trainersLeading by example and maintaining a professional attitude and corporate appearance at all timesComply with safety and security laws and other relevant regulatory requirementsApproving, monitoring and ensuring standards of external contractors used in the instruction of Cabin Crew are maintainedDevelopment and implementation of Cabin Crew Training programsEnsuring that periodic training and checking assessments of all Cabin Crew are carried out in accordance with Company requirements for records of assessments are maintained.Ensure a high standard of OH&S and environmental compliance in accordance with state law.SELECTION CRITERIAMeet minimum requirements of a Line Flight AttendantCert IV Training and Assessment (or accepted equivalent)Emergency Procedures Instructor ( or ability to hold qualification)Extensive knowledge of Australian aviation regulationsExtensive knowledge of aviation environment specifically Cabin Crew management.Knowledge of CASA safety regulationsAbility to develop and maintain strong internal and external working relationshipsStrong Leadership abilityHigh level written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, reasoning and lateral thinking skillsStrong conflict resolution skillsWell-developed computing skills, particularly Microsoft office suite of programsProfessionalism, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and confidentialityCabin Crew Management Experience Why Alliance Airlines?We share a down-to-earth philosophy of working towards a common goal – providing a safer, premium flying experience for customers while creating a thriving work environment where our employees feel valued.ASX listed companyNational company experiencing continued growthSupportive leadershipEmployee wellbeing programNational career progression opportunitiesActive community support and involvement.
