What’s the role on offer?
Operating out of our Brisbane Cabin Crew base, these positions are unique opportunities to operate on flights servicing the resource industry, charter flights for private clients, in addition to RPT (Regular Passenger Transport) servicing our wet-lease agreement with Qantaslink on flights both domestic and international. Whether you are starting your career in Aviation or wanting to grow on your current experience, this is one opportunity you do not want to miss.
What we’re looking for
Our ideal candidates will be motivated, safety-conscious individuals to join our Cabin Crew team and represent our airline to the highest standard! Your skills will consist of:
- Safety conscious with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A flexible and reliable approach
- Display a clear passion for customer service & a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to successfully complete a 5-week ground school program
- Display a positive attitude and a professional image
What do I need to be successful?
- At least 18 years old
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to swim at least 50 meters unaided
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a high-pressured environment
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Alliance and Qantas cabin crew uniforms
- Possess or be willing to obtain your First Aid, CPR, RSA certificates and a valid passport

Cabin Manager base salary - $64,703.66 base plus super
