Through applying this, we have been able to achieve success and are looking for an Aircraft Health Monitoring Engineer to join our team.What we are looking for:The purpose of this role is to carry out day-to-day monitoring of E190 fleet systems health (including real-time defect tracking, transmitted data and fault history analysis) using applicable system diagnostics tools and take appropriate and proactive measures to enhance aircraft reliability and availability.The Aircraft Health Monitoring Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to:Ensuring continual compliance of the aircraft maintenance programs, systems, reliability program and ancillary functionsManage the control and completion of all assigned A/C Health Monitoring Alerts and Tasks in a timely manner.Monitor on daily basis (Monday to Friday) E190 AHEAD e-decision maker tool and A/C QAR trend data and when required raise health monitoring tasks for the on-going defects to be rectified on timely matter that defect does not cause a technical delay or cancellation. Re-occurrent defects can also be originated from pilot or maintenance logs, and not necessary be present in the aircraft data.Develop troubleshooting procedures out of scope of FIM to address complex intermittent defects that cannot be reproduced on ground.Coordinate intermittent defect clearance devising tests to identify defect root cause.Maintain Health Monitoring open defects spreadsheet updated so Maintenance Watch can rely on it in case health monitoring defects becomes a hard fault.Position Requirements:Hold, or have held, an aircraft engineer licence in category B1, B2 or C; orHold, or have held, a licence that is equivalent to a licence in category B1, B2 or C; orHave a qualification in aircraft maintenance at least at Certificate IV level; orHave an engineering qualification at least at diploma level in any of the following disciplines:Aeronautical;Avionics;Mechanical;Electrical;Knowledge of the CAMO’s expositionComprehensive knowledge of A/C and systems relevant to their field of expertiseEffective time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team focussed environmentWell developed computing skills, particularly Microsoft office suite of programsStrong analytical and reasoning skillsExperience in the aviation industry5 years plus experience in A/C multi system data analysis and defects troubleshooting.
