You will be responsible for coordinating remedial actions for aircraft deferred defects and supporting key stakeholders to ensure efficient rectification, including but not limited to:Promoting High Dispatch Reliability & On-Time performance by ensuring deferred defect rectifications are expedited and coordinated efficiently to optimise scheduled operations. Liaising with Maintenance Planning, Maintenance watch and Engineering to ensure deferred defects are rectified in a co-ordinated and efficient manner.Be a focal for aircraft deferred defects and coordinate with OEM’s, Part 21 organisations and Engineering to develop repair actions.Liaise with Sub-Contract aircraft maintenance organisations as required to achieve operational requirements.Provide technical guidance on suitable alternate components based on manufacturer’s data or other approved data.
