About the Role
The Safety & Injury Management Advisor is responsible for coordinating injury management and return-to-work programs while providing practical workplace health and safety support across Alliance Airlines. Working closely with operational leaders, employees, external providers and regulators, the role ensures compliance with workers’ compensation and WHS requirements while promoting employee wellbeing and positive safety outcomes.
This role combines injury management expertise with operational WHS support, driving proactive risk management, injury prevention and continuous improvement across a multi-site, safety-critical environment.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced health and safety professional with demonstrated expertise in injury management, rehabilitation and workers’ compensation within an operational environment. You will have a strong understanding of workers’ compensation and return-to-work requirements, workplace health and safety legislation, and risk management principles, with proven experience managing complex injury and rehabilitation cases. Experience working across multi-site operational environments is highly valued, while exposure to aviation, transport, logistics or other safety-critical industries will be advantageous. You will bring a practical, collaborative approach and the ability to effectively support employees, leaders and stakeholders throughout the injury management process.
