In this role, you’ll support our Safety and Quality functions, helping drive continual improvement, compliance, and a strong risk management culture across Alliance Airlines. You’ll work closely with our Safety Team and business stakeholders to enhance systems, streamline assurance activities, and strengthen safety engagement across the business. Provide hands-on support with SMS, FRMS, WHS, CERP, and safety manual administration.Coordinate and participate in Safety & Quality audits, assurance activities, and investigations.Manage safety reporting, findings, and actions within the electronic Safety Management System (eSMS).Develop and maintain audit checklists, reports, and compliance tools aligned with CASA and IOSA requirements.Analyse safety and fatigue data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging staff, supporting risk assessments, and driving compliance across the business.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven professional who is passionate about safety and quality in aviation.
