Reporting to the Head of Safety, you’ll play a key role in overseeing our Safety Management System, driving compliance, and embedding a strong safety culture across the business.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and partners to enhance safety performance and culture.Lead safety assurance initiatives, including audits, investigations, risk reviews, and continuous improvement projects.Provide expertise in SMS tools, safety training, change management, and compliance with CASA and ICAO standards.Coach leaders and team members to strengthen risk awareness, safety behaviours, and organisational learning.Analyse, report, and monitor safety occurrences, ensuring effective risk controls and timely follow-up actions.Deliver clear communication, reports, and presentations that drive safety engagement and align with Alliance values.Who are we looking for?We’re seeking a hands-on safety leader who thrives in aviation and is passionate about building a strong safety culture.
