The role supports the analysis and collation of reliability data, identifying trends and key issues to inform standard and ad hoc reliability reports, meetings and broader decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure continual compliance of the aircraft maintenance programs, systems, reliability program and ancillary functionsManage the control and completion of all assigned SMS actions and Findings in a timely manner.Reporting and investigation of Technical DelaysConduct monthly reliability report data review prior to report compilationResearch any alerts or anomalies from reliability report dataProgress assigned reliability issues arising from reliability meetingInvestigate aircraft defects and provide recommendation where applicable to prevent recurrence.Identify solutions to E190 and Fokker fleet technical issues that affect the aircraft OTP (On-Time Performance). Once systemic issues are identified, a plan must be generated and presented in the reliability committee to have the issue cleared or mitigated from a fleet level.Provide suitable communication of reliability matters to various audiences for the efficient operation of the company.Incorporate system changes following maintenance program reviews, reliability recommendations and continuous improvement projects. Support MPAE by collating reliability data for specific tasks subject to maintenance extension.Liaise with applicable CAMO Fleet Engineer and/or other internal personnel on particular maintenance system changes and ensure incorporation into Alliance Maintenance Program and manuals. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, problem-solving and reasoning skills. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective time management and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
