Join Alliance Airlines as an Operations Controller in our Operational Control Centre where you will be managing network schedules and executing recovery strategies to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

What's the Role on Offer?

As the Operations Controller, you will be based at Brisbane Airport, reporting to the Operations Control Centre (OCC) Duty Manager, you will play a key role in managing the "Day of Operations" network schedule. In this role you will ensure recovery strategies are implemented effectively during disruptions. 

• Accurately maintaining the airline's Charter and RPT schedules within the Operations Control System.
• Acting as the primary contact for the company and third-party entities impacting day-to-day operations.
• Monitoring and optimizing the airline schedule to minimize disruptions and improve On-Time Performance (OTP).
• Solving operational issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating customer recovery and flow during disruptions, in close collaboration with Client & Charter Coordinators and Commercial teams.
• Managing communication regarding delayed, disrupted, or cancelled services to ensure all key stakeholders are informed.

Who we are looking for:

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about new challenges and possess strong problem-solving skills. Relevant experience or exposure within an Operations Control Centre environment managing network schedules and disruptions.  

• Previous experience working in an Operations Control Centre (OCC) environment 
• Out of the Box Thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Organised and thrives in fast paced, ever-changing environments
• Ability to excel under pressure during network disruptions
• Clear and Articulate communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
• Educated to Degree level in Aviation Management or Aviation related discipline (Highly Desirable)
