About the Role
The Operations Controller plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and performance of the Alliance Airlines network. You will coordinate aircraft and crew resources, manage the network schedule and work closely with key operational teams to ensure safety, compliance and client requirements are met.
This is a fast-paced role where you will lead complex operational recovery strategies, balancing available resources, recovery costs and the impacts of disruption. You will need to make timely, informed decisions to keep the network operating effectively and minimise disruption.
The role operates on a 24/7 shift roster, providing continuous operational support across the Alliance Airlines network.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a calm, decisive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You will have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, balance competing priorities and develop effective recovery strategies under pressure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with Flight Operations, Engineering, Ground Operations, Safety and Compliance, crew and other key stakeholders. You will be comfortable working with changing priorities, managing operational disruptions and making decisions that consider resources, costs and network impacts. Flexibility and a willingness to work a 24/7 shift roster are essential.
