About the Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for the IT team, providing responsive Level 1–2.5 technical support across the business. You’ll support a broad range of operating systems, applications and end-user devices, both remotely and face-to-face.
You’ll troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, manage device deployments, patching, asset management and application support, while helping maintain reliable and secure IT systems across the business.
Working within a small team, you’ll need to be adaptable, proactive and comfortable working independently. The role may involve occasional travel and participation in an on-call roster to provide out-of-hours support.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced IT professional with at least five years’ experience in a comparable IT Support role, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment. You’ll have strong technical knowledge across hardware, peripherals, telephony, video conferencing, Windows and iOS devices, as well as Microsoft 365 technologies.
You’ll bring experience across IT service management and device management platforms, with knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, Entra ID/Active Directory, DNS and DHCP. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions are essential.
As a strong communicator and self-starter, you’ll be comfortable working independently, including remotely from the broader team, while maintaining a reliable and proactive approach. You’ll be able to adapt to shifting priorities, work effectively under pressure and take ownership to deliver results.
Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA are highly regarded, with Microsoft certifications across Azure, Microsoft 365 or related technologies considered desirable.
