Reporting to the IT Support Manager, this is a full-time position that will see you working at the frontline of our IT operations, delivering outstanding technical support to our staff across multiple sites and environments.As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous level 1 to 3 technical support, managing a wide range of devices, platforms, and systems, and ensuring operational excellence in line with ITIL Service Methodology and Alliance Group policies.
