Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the HR Advisor will focus on employee engagement, culture and communication, while also providing support across day-to-day operations.Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead the design and delivery of employee engagement strategy, including engagement surveys, action plans and recognition programs.Develop and implement leadership capability frameworks and partner with key stakeholders to maximise professional development opportunities.Champion employee communication initiatives, including identifying ways to strengthen engagement.Contribution to HR reporting and insights, particularly around engagement, retention and workforce trends.Support annual remuneration review processes and provide advisory support to the Employee Relations team during peak periods.Who we are looking for:Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years HR generalist experience with a strong interest in employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing.
