What’s the role on offer?
We are seeking a detail‑driven and organised
HR Administrator to support our HR Team and Senior HR Administrator in delivering high‑quality HR services across the business. This role plays a critical part in the end‑to‑end administration of employment documentation, contracts and employee lifecycle processes. You will work across multiple systems, manage sensitive information with discretion, and ensure accuracy and compliance in all HR documentation. Contract administration experience and knowledge of EBAs will be highly regarded in this role.
Who we are looking for?
You will be a proactive HR administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, compliant and timely work. Key attributes include:
- Strong experience in HR administration, particularly employment contracts, variations and employee correspondence
- Proven experience preparing and managing employment contracts and contract variations
- Knowledge of EBAs, industrial instruments and employment legislation (highly regarded)
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to interpret HR policies, procedures and employment conditions
- High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Confidence managing shared HR inboxes and stakeholder enquiries
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- A collaborative approach to supporting HR and recruitment functions
What you will need to succeed?
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a fast‑paced administrative role
- Demonstrated HR administration experience, ideally within a regulated or industrial environment
- Ability to interpret the Fair Work Act, employment contracts and industrial instruments
- Experience with Chris21 and/or Martian Logic (desirable)
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualification in Business Administration (desirable but not essential)
