About the Role
Assist in the preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial and commercial analysis for key business stakeholders, translating complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, performance management, and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support annual budgeting process and modelling
- Support quarterly forecast process and modelling
- Variance analysis comparing budget vs actual results
- Assist in prospective and retrospective analysis of business cases and revenue contracts
- Month-end variance analysis of revenue
- Work with commercial team and provide assistance and analysis for RFP and tender submissions
- Deliver accurate and insightful management reporting with an emphasis on actionable outcomes
- Assist in delivering financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Deliver ad hoc accounting and financial projects as required
- Reviews, investigates, interrogates, analyses and reports on outcomes for ad hoc issues
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Mathematics, Science, Business, Accounting preferred)
- 2 years’ experience in FP&A or similar role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Information and task monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team focussed environment
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Well-developed computing skills, particularly Microsoft office suite of programs
- PowerBI experience highly desired
