What's the role on offer?
Join our Flight Operations team as a Part Time Flight Operations Support Officer, where you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations and administration running seamlessly. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and administrative staff, you'll ensure effective communication and compliance with company policies.
Reporting to the Manager Flight Operations Support & working 4 days a week, you’ll provide essential support across Flight and Cabin Crew management, assist key departmental managers, and uphold safety and security standards. If you're highly organized, detail-focused, and thrive in a dynamic aviation environment, this is the role for you! 🚀✈️
- Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, documentation, and approvals for pilots and training, including exemptions and dispensations.
- Document Control: Act as the librarian for controlled documentation within the Flight Operations department.
- Department Operations: Oversee daily department needs, including procurement and workflow management.
- HR & Policy Support: Assist with projects, policy development, records management, and administrative support for the General Manager Flight Operations.
- Meetings & Compliance: Attend Flight Operations meetings, record minutes, and ensure pilot files are up to date.
- Safety & Security Compliance: Promote safety reporting, maintain high OH&S and environmental standards, and ensure adherence to aviation regulations.
