What's the role on offer?
As a Crew Resource Planner based at our head office near Brisbane Airport, you will coordinate all aspects of flight and cabin crew roster production, focusing on crew satisfaction, fairness, productivity, and operational efficiency. You will also assist in planning crew training according to regulatory and company policies. Reporting to the Manager of Resource Planning, your responsibilities include ensuring rosters are published on time and comply with all standards. This includes, but is not limited to:

Our ideal candidate will have experience in Airline Operations and Crew Management Systems, with a solid understanding of Airline Operations and relevant Civil Aviation Regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage time effectively and handle conflicting priorities.
