About the Role
The Airline Quality Program Manager is responsible for leading the design, governance, integration and continuous improvement of Alliance Airlines’ Quality Management System and Quality Assurance Program. Working across a complex, multi-fleet and multi-base operation, the role provides strategic oversight of audit, surveillance, risk and compliance activities, ensuring the Quality Program remains effective, data-driven, independent and risk-based.
Partnering closely with Responsible Managers and Executive Leadership, you will provide expert regulatory advice, identify systemic risks and opportunities, and drive initiatives that strengthen quality performance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced quality professional with the ability to design, implement and govern enterprise-level Quality Programs within a complex operational environment. You will bring a high level of competency in Quality and Safety Management Systems (QMS/SMS), with experience in SafetyManager365 highly regarded, alongside advanced regulatory interpretation skills and the ability to provide sound advice to Responsible Managers. Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching capability is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively, negotiate and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will have demonstrated analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify systemic issues and drive meaningful continuous improvement. Experience managing multidisciplinary and multi-certificate audit programs, with a strong focus on compliance, assurance and operational excellence, will be highly valued.
